Chelsie Banks

I am interested in being a part of the agriculture industry. I was raised on a 200 acre hog and cattle farm, my love for agriculture has grown through out the years. I thoroughly enjoyed my classes at Ivy Tech while participating in the Agriculture program. I have skills dealing with customers and guest satisfaction, I also have skills in operating heavy machinery and caring for livestock animals. I was blessed with an opportunity this past summer with an internship in a 2400 head farrowing barn. I also have multiple office skills as I previously worked as a receptionist for Human Services Inc. (HSI) in Seymour, Indiana. I have spent multiple years assisting my grandfather in our farm fields with heavy machinery. I have operated multiple different tractors, tillers, hay cutters, and planters. I am currently employed with Columbus Regional Health in the patient financial department, handling billing and insurance for patients.
