Christian Means

Hello everyone, my name is Christian Means, and I am currently a graduate student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). My major is in Information Quality, and I plan on receiving my Master's degree from the department of Information Science at the end of Fall 2014. My research interests is in IT Automation Utilized for Maintaining Information Quality Best Practices.

After receiving my BS degree in Information Science at UALR on May 2011, I began my professional career at Acxiom Corporation as a Decision Support Analyst. I have been employed at this company for 3 years now. My job role allows me to have a fresh understanding of Campaign Marketing Solutions in order to ensure the efficient & effective delivery of information products & value to Acxiom customers. I also hold an AS in Computer Science from Pulaski Technical College. My education at UALR is main source of my job opportunity at Acxiom Corporation, and I am thankful to God for it.

The driving force of my education and career is primarily based on my love and concern for my 15 year old daughter, Kiara, whom i love with all my heart as a single father. On June 6th, 2015 I am getting married to my virtuous woman, LaShara Swink, who has a 3 year old daughter, Jillian, whom I love as my own.

If I could say anything else, I would say that hard work and perseverance pays off for your future, even as it continues to do mine.
