When someone asks me to describe myself I often tell them that I'm a sponge! While that doesn't sound like a very good answer or even appealing, it in fact is! I'm driven and work tirelessly to soak up and absorb as much information as possible by being a life-long learner. Beyond being a life-long learner I'm also a first generation, soon to be, college graduate pursing a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management. By pairing my love of learning, educational degree, and over 20 years of experience working within various aspects of healthcare, I've grown to embrace challenges enthusiastically and achieve consistent quality results. I'm continuously striving to improve processes, maximize productivity, and streamline cross-functional collaboration.
