Christina Tran
I am currently a Junior at the Conrad Hilton program at UH. My passion is pastry and my goal is to open my own bakery some day. Although I have not gone through culinary school, I have been baking since I was very young and have been self-taught. I understand that trying to open a bakery is difficult without professional experience but I am determined to find a way to see my goal through.
