Title I Instructional Coach at Mid-Del Schools
I track student achievement, facilitate data team meetings, and coordinate academic and behavioral interventions. In addition, I provide continued professional development to teachers in areas such as classroom management, instructional strategies, and assessment theories. I work with site and district level administrators to brainstorm and communicate the goals and initiatives that are designed to improve the education of our students. As a Title I Coach, I am responsible for managing the budget and paperwork necessary for the Title I program.
