Christopher Gooch
Austin Peay State University, Class of 2014
From Clarksville
I'm a 31 year old, non-traditional student, that has returned to school in order to complete my bachelor's degree. I've spent time working in IT professionally, but reached a point of stagnation and want to be able to further my career path. I hope to be able to attend graduate school after completing my bachelor's, but there's still some time between now and then to figure that out. I'm involved on campus with APSU's chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery, Students for Secular Humanism and am the current president of the Alpha Sigma Lamda non-traditional student honor society.
Austin Peay State University completed its 85th commencement with two graduation ceremonies Friday, Dec. 12, 2014, adding over 700 new alumni with their Fall Commencement Exercises.
