Communication Manager, E-procurement Implementation: —Developed and implemented a multi-channel communication and training strategy for the campus-wide launch of an e-procurement system. —Worked with the Change Manager, and senior leadership to develop messages to campus via print, web and broadcast platforms. —Worked with the Change Manager and technical team to design and implement a 3 hour software training workshop for over 1500 employees using a train-the-trainer model. —Personally led the training sessions of over 500 employees with the Change Manager. —Responsible for creating and managing multiple websites related to employee outreach efforts. —Coordinated efforts with media producers on campus to produce online software support materials and training videos. —Program is projected to save $11.9 million over the next four years.
