Christopher Utter
I just closed the book on a 20-year career in the Army where I not only learned to be a highly-skilled maintainer and flight engineer, I have also been given the tools to be a great leader and mentor. Presently I am completing the goal of a degree in Mechanical Engineering, my whole reason for joining the Army in the first place. I am also seeking a certification as a Project Management Professional to continue using my degree in Organizational Management and experience as a noncommissioned officer where everything I was ever assigned is a project, whether it took an hour or several months to complete. On to the next adventure!

Presently running the flight training program for an inexperienced unit of 22 crew members at the Army's mountain training center. Consistently outsourced to other units in both the reserve and special operations components as an evaluator and consultant. Unit leadership being very flexible while I prepare to retire and transition back to the private sector.
