I am responsible for learning the ins and outs of the hospitality industry by rotating between several different departments. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising cashiers/bartenders, assisting in technical issues, stocking and taking product inventory, surveying guests, compiling survey results into Excel and stand sheet reconciliation.

The assistant to the catering manager is responsible for responding to all catering inquiries through email or telephone. My responsibilities also include assisting those with catering orders in communicating with the catering manager, filing paperwork for catering orders & assisting in catering setup for events.
