I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and am currently pursuing a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration with an expected graduation in 2027. My academic background has provided me with a strong understanding of social dynamics, cultural competency, and critical analysis, which I apply to both educational and professional environments. With over six years of experience in healthcare and more than two years in healthcare administration as a Training Coordinator, I have developed strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills. In this role, I lead training initiatives, support staff development, and continuously improve departmental processes to enhance organizational effectiveness. I am passionate about creating meaningful impact through education, leadership, and organizational development, and I aim to leverage my experience in healthcare, training, and higher education to support student success and institutional growth.
