My academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of social dynamics, cultural competency, and analytical skills, which I am eager to bring to a professional setting. I am passionate about making a meaningful impact and addressing societal differences through my work. With five years of healthcare experience and over two years dedicated to healthcare administration as a training coordinator, I gained interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and project management skills. I am able to continuously improve the training department and gain highly transferable skills that could be valuable in various roles and industries.
