A caterers duties are related to the organization and control of any and all catering operations.
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Manage a team of four over the course of an entire summer. Work included: distributing keys, giving directions, answering telephone calls, traveling across all of campus in a days work, etc.
