Growing up in a home that fostered over 300 children, Clint understands the impact of a broken system. With that passion, Clint began his career in Human Services working in the trenches with government staff from clerks to upper management. Clint has partnered with executive leaders nationwide to find operational efficiencies, make data informed decisions, and drive organizational change. Clint has partnered with the top leaders in 16 States to design and implement practical solutions to real problems and help agencies increase their capacity to do more good. Reengineering foundational business processes to radically improve service delivery systems for federally and state funded human service programs. Executive level experience developing key performance indicators, aligning goals and outcomes, and driving data-based solutions through all levels of organizations. Clint's work was selected as a finalist for The Fast Company World Changing Ideas of 2020 and was awarded the Gold Stevie award for Achievement in Management by American Business Awards in 2022.
