Over the years, I've worn many hats-Mechanical Design Engineer, to Manufacturing Engineer and now a Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma practitioner. As a result, I cultivated an expertise for setting the vision and strategy to improve operations while gaining experience in many industries. What my teams and I do matters. Theres nothing greater than finding opportunities for improvements in our lives and businesses, and its a fantastic process that I feel lucky to participate in. At the end of the day, I'm a people-person and I also like the challenge of learning new information. I enjoy being able to share it, mentor, and coach. I believe I've been successful in each role I take on because of my style in managing. I'm thoughtful in my approach-I always understand the situation and environment before taking any actions or suggesting any actions. It has enabled me to lead high-performing teams in implementing process improvements, reducing costs, delivering automation, transforming departments, and amplifying productivity with technology upgrades.
