Producing and revising Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Document (CD) sets for adaptive reuse, ground-up and renovation hotel projects for multiple top-25 international hospitality brands and smaller ownership groups, requiring use of Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
