Daniela Valdivia-Terres was accepted to the Council for Opportunity: Keith Sherin Global Leaders Program. Just 20 low-income or first-generation undergraduate students from the United States are selected for the program to study at The Hague, Netherlands, each summer.
This three-week program included one-week of full day immersions into JEDI, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, topics developed and taught by ECHO (Center for Diversity Policy) in Amsterdam. Last two weeks, included full day studying and learning at The Hague University of Applied Sciences THUAS, in Den Haag, Netherlands. Courses taken: Sustainable Entrepreneurial Thinking and EXPLOCO (Exchange Perspectives for Local Impact in Co-Creation.)
