Delainey Barr

I was awarded four scholarships at an award ceremony my senior year of high school.

I was awarded an academic scholarship for first semester at Duquesne.

I was awarded an academic and transfer student scholarship at PennWest Clarion.

I was the president of Peer Connections which built a community for the special needs kids at my high school. We hosted events fore them as well as tutored them.

I served as vice president and helped organize local blood drives.

I have been in band as a clarinet player since I was in fourth grade. In tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grade I competed in district and region band, and my senior year I was blessed enough to attend state band. I served as principle chair, section leader, drum major, and president throughout high school.

Serving as the inter professional outreach chair.

Raises awareness for kid's in underdeveloped countries with cleft lip/palate. I serve as the president for the annual charity walk for Operation Smile and the social media chair.
