Delaney Hoyle

I am a Business Management student at Azusa Pacific University passionate about learning and leadership. I am committed to integrity and honesty and dedicated to giving my best in all aspects of life. I am a self-motivated and determined individual with a strong work ethic and achievement-oriented mindset, always ready to tackle a new challenge. I am on track to complete my bachelor degree in three years, and am challenging myself in various leadership roles while I am here. I was the sole freshman to be a member of Scholars for Business Achievement (SBA), the leadership organization within the School of Business at APU, and was elected President for Sophomore year, becoming the first female, Underclassman President. During my freshman year, I also applied to Target's competitive Executive Intern Program, primarily for Juniors and Seniors, and worked as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader for 10 weeks during summer. The summer following, I continued my leadership development with the Target internship program as an Operational Intern at a Distribution Center, and have been offered to continue with this team as an extended intern throughout my final year of school.
