March, 01 2018 - Corning Community CollegeI handled the Action station as well as the pizza station being short handed for months. I did weekly inventory and ordering for the stations as well as maintained quality products for the customers to enjoy following specific recipe plans.
I was responsible for showing leadership qualities as I maintained the deli for the store, as well as preform managerial duties such as counting down drawers, bank deposits, invoices, store paperwork and ordering. I managed a team of 3-5 when the managers were not there, as well as stocked shelves, maintained inventory of the deli as well as ordering, and front facing shelves.
