• Responsible for providing technical product support for the AN/PRC-159 program in the support of 3.9 Billion dollar contract award from the US Army. • Collaborated with engineering, sales, and systems on product specifications/responses to Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposals (RFP). • Supports customer presentation, demonstrations, trade shows and field trials as needed. • Maintain integrity/consistency of product documentation including product specs, data sheets, manuals, and brochures. • Sustained International growth though work as key PLM POC for the Australia program. Provided guidance and advice to Australian program team regarding the AN/PRC-159 functionality and potential product upgrades. • Worked cross functionally to support the proposal effort including testing on the Falcon III radios, working with PM to verify and correct part numbers, BOMs, and tying them to CLINs. • Engages with accessory providers to evaluate options for enhancing the Product Catalog offering. • Created application notes to facilitate proper fielding and applications of equipment. • Provide insight to improve the overall customer experience, positively impacting the product portfolio business plans.

• Responsible for the design, documentation, requirements management, integration, troubleshooting and/or testing analysis of electronic, mechanical and/or software devices, products and systems. • Develop plans and schedules for short-term work activities and provide plan and schedule guidance for support personnel and/or technicians.. • Manage and meet cost and schedule objectives for work package budget responsibilities. • Estimate impact of unforeseen problems and elevates significant problems to appropriate management personnel. • Builds customer intimacy through job assignments related system/product acceptance testing or hands-on user training.
