After many years caring for family members and battling several health issues, hospitalizations, reentered college feeling hesitance. I made it through, with sacrifice and diligence graduating reaching my goal at HVCC with my associates degree at 60 years old. My mother and father instilled their own beliefs and nurturing I believe, making this possible. I was proud to have my family, husband, son and three grandchildren and extended family sharing my happiness at commencement with honors. I am most thankful and eternal love to my childhood sweetheart and husband of 43 years for his support and believing in me. My further goal to move on to bachelors, then masters.
