-I manage a small team in day to day operations of the building including event set up and take down (especially A/V), security, maintenance, customer service, and operational support to administration. Building managers undertake unique challenges multiple times a day usually under tight time constraints; managers have to develop unique solutions to various problems. Being adaptable and taking initiative is a large part of this job. What I enjoy most is the challenge the position brings and the different ways I need to think in order to solve problems throughout the building on a day to day basis.
