Carey Peerman, PHD

Dr. Peerman is an Assistant Professor and Director for the Bachelor's and Master's in healthcare administration programs at Radford University Carilion in Roanoke, VA. She has extensive work experience in the fields of healthcare administration, business administration and management, and nursing. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals that concentrate on healthcare leadership, education, and gerontology. She is also an author of Authentic Leadership: Your Journey to a Five-Star Career. Research, The Resilient Leader series, and the Leadership Insights series. Teaching interests include leadership and post-acute care management.
