Joshua Tuck, D.O., M.S., FAOAO, FAAOS is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon practicing at LECOM Health in Erie, PA. He is a graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the LECOM / Millcreek Community Hospital program in Erie, PA. He went on to complete his sports medicine / arthroscopy fellowship at the University of Massachusetts. He is a former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, where he served a flight surgeon deployed to the Middle East during Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his time in the service, he also served as a member of the NASA Space Shuttle Rescue Team.
He is a fellow of both the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is currently a core faculty member of the Millcreek Community Hospital orthopedic surgery residency, and an associate clinical professor of orthopedics at LECOM. He is also a team physician for several professional, collegiate and high school sports teams, and has authored numerous textbook chapters and papers in the field of orthopedics and sports medicine. He is currently completing his final year towards a Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts. He resides in Fairview, PA with his wife Fran and their son Joseph.
