Primary responsibility for recruitment and admission team Manage day-to-day operations on both the Haverhill and Lawrence campuses Provide strong leadership in advancing admission strategies designed to meet outreach and enrollment goals of NECC Understanding of and appreciation for the role that community college plays in the higher education setting Promotes and supports the College by strengthening enrollment through the development of a comprehensive recruitment strategy that advances the regional, state-wide and international growth Supervise team members located on each campus to ensure timely, accurate and efficient development and execution of recruitment efforts, creating performance goals and metrics, and oversees training while identifying and supporting professional development opportunities for staff Responsible for maintaining the Office of Admission budget Member of International Student Recruitment Team; Designated School Officer (SEVIS Trained) Implemented new enrollment-related initatives: established territory management model, developed new admission recruitment materials, added evening and weekend programs to attract adult and nontraditional learners, augmented and expanded admission communication plan Liaison with Marketing, Competency-Based Education, iHealth Division Serve on Recruitment Steering Committee with cabinet members, deans, and vice-presidents
