Oversees technical training program for BioLife Plasma Services facility network to include: technical training manual, facilitated management technical training, facilitated webinar training, LMS administration, change control, document control, leadership facilitation, project management with emphasis on training and development, eLearning development and maintenance, metric analysis for effectiveness of program, and leadership program for network trainers.
