I began as a Youth Development Leader and was quickly promoted to Site Lead, where I managed an elementary after-school program. In this role, I was responsible for communicating with parents, overseeing daily group schedules, and organizing paperwork and program materials.

At this location, I served as a cashier, helping maintain fast and efficient customer service during high-traffic hours. In addition to handling transactions, I assisted with folding and organizing merchandise to maintain a neat store. I consistently provided friendly and attentive service, and I was proud to be recognized as Employee of the Month for my dedication and strong work ethic.
