I am currently a senior at Cal State Long Beach pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Political Science, minoring in Criminal Justice, and I am also enrolled in the Legal Studies Program. I graduated from Antelope Valley Community College with two Associate Degrees, one in Liberal Arts Social and Behavioral Studies the other in Administration of Justice. I have prior work experience in the banking industry, but have always had a passion for researching laws that govern us in society. I just started volunteering at a Self-Help organization assisting litigants in the community by providing legal information. I am also starting a Judicial Apprenticeship this Fall semester at the Deukmejian Courthouse, where I will be interning with a judge. After I graduate, I hope to enroll in law school or pursue a career in the legal field.
