Emily Short

It is an honor to be recognized by Lee University for my academics. Lee University is unique in that its professors and staff are heavily involved in students' success both in and outside of the classroom. They encourage students to incorporate all aspects of themselves, both socially and academically, into the person they wish to be. I want to be someone on fire for the Lord- doing His kingdom work, caring and loving for my brothers and sisters in Christ, and sharing the love of Jesus to the unreached and overlooked. Lee has brought out that desire in me, which is why I have chosen Disaster Healthcare Missions Management as my field of study, in hopes to do mission work full-time.
