Main Entrance Operations (Disney College Program) at The Walt Disney Company

Disney College Program Internship, living and working at Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts.

Cross-trained at two locations within Magic KIngdom Park: Parade Audience Control (PAC) and Town Square Theater (TST).
In PAC, I would set-up and maintain walkways for safety during the nighttime entertainment (parades/fireworks).
When not setting-up/maintaining walkways, this role included heavy interaction with guests; answering questions, making recommendations, giving directions, making magical moments, engaging guests while they were waiting for shows to begin.
At TST, I would rotate through various positions on the meet Mickey and meet Tinker Bell queue lines; making sure guests moved through the queues safely and efficiently. While guests were waiting I would entertain them.

All cast members must go through Disney's extensive customer service training which consists of The Four Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency.
