• 95% of the work I do is support and build out of High Availability environments within Windows, Linux, VMware, Citrix, and SAN. • Tier 3 Support and Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003, 2008, and 2012 • Tier 3 Support and Advanced level knowledge of Citrix versions 4.x, 5.x and 6.x • Tier 3 Support and Expert level knowledge of Vmware ESX 3.x, ESX 4.x, ESXi 5.x, Vsphere 4, and 5 as well as HVD • Tier 3 Support or Tier 1 and Tier 2 Enterprise SAN Storage for Windows involving Hitachi, • EMC, SUN, HP, and Netapp. Also have adavanced knowledge of Symantec Storage Foundations Manager, 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x • Project Managed full roll outs of Windows servers from purchase to production. • Built out AT&T Datacenter burn-in lab at their Windward Alpharetta location. • I am one of a few people in my position that handles all advance issues that others are not able to solve.
