Shift Lead at Oser's Dairy and Deli
As a shift leader, all responsibilities of a server and shift leader must be satisfied according to the shift. Opening and closing the store includes securing all doors and money, making certain that shift changing duties are finished, handling any customer problems, and keeping the other employees on task for the entirety of the shift. Serving involves greeting customers, preparing their orders, checking them out, and keeping the store clean, presentable, and to-code.
