Fallon Graham is the Director of Planning, Policy & Research for Chesapeake Public Schools, where she leads strategic planning, policy development, legislative relations, and program evaluation to support the district's mission of providing high-quality education. Her work directly impacts 41,000 students and focuses on fostering an inclusive and innovative learning environment. She frequently engages the school community through surveys and focus groups to ensure data-driven decisions that enhance student outcomes. She also serves as the districts FOIA Officer and offers expertise in FERPA compliance. A doctoral candidate at Virginia Tech, Fallon has won multiple accolades, including the Ken Underwood Scholarship for Education Administration and the Glen Earthman Fellowship, which supports students in the educational leadership and policy studies program. In her research, Fallon explores how locus of control affects school principals strategic planning and its perceived impact on student success. Outside of her professional work, Fallon is devoted to her family, including her husband, two children, and a dog.
