I have had some incredible opportunities and exposure to the ever-changing advertising industry. With perspective from my starting point as a traffic coordinator to my current role in software training, consulting, and implementation (don't worry, I promise I haven't forgotten anything in between); it has been a wild ride. In various roles, I have showcased my skills in training, documentation, process and training program development, and leadership. Below are few illustrations of my working experience as a customer and now a software vendor in traffic: Developed/Lead new user and advanced user training programs at an enterprise level Consulted on software conversion and consolidations Participated in user acceptance testing Documented/Analyzed workflows at an enterprise level Created tools templates, and reports to streamline team workflows In my current role, I am continuing to polish my existing training skills, as well as, learn and develop new talents by working with an agile software development effort. Every day, I look forward to watching this product grow and evolve!
