-Advise and assist the Team Leader on proper employment of all aviation and fire supports assets, to include the suitability of targets as objectives for aircraft, types of aircraft best suited for particular missions, and proper marking of targets and front line positions. -Understand and execute team Fire Support Plan in accordance with the Team Leader's intent and applicable Rules of Engagement (ROE). -Submit all aviation requests through the Company Air Officer in a timely manner. -Control and manage air assets under the Team Leader's intent and approval. -Conduct fire support integration, deconfliction, and terminal attack control of fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft as well as indirect fire support assets. -Control CAS missions in support of the ground scheme of maneuver. -Train personnel in the proper fire support tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP).
