I graduated from the University of Vermont in May 2015 with a BS in Environmental Engineering and minors in French and Pure Mathematics, and I completed an Honors Thesis research study on biodiesel exhaust emissions of criteria pollutants and air toxics. I am passionate about finding methods of making technology and our everyday lives more sustainable and environmentally friendly, focusing in particular on green/renewable energy or transforming a waste stream into a resource. I am generally interested in studying and developing solutions toward mitigating climate change and environmental degradation. Outside of engineering, I am a competitive figure skater at the Senior level. I also enjoy painting and drawing, and studying French literature.
