Glen Roebuck

Glen Roebuck has been named executive director of Post Acute Care, effective May 30. The newly consolidated position will report to Genesis President & CEO Doug Cropper. Mr. Roebuck has been serving as executive director, Affiliated Senior Services. Glen provides operational leadership and strategic direction for all post-acute care services, including long-term care facilities, home health, palliative care, nurse practitioner deployment to the community, and hospice. He also works closely with the Genesis ACO and community providers, and drives the strategic initiative to the premier provider of services for those 65 and older.

Responsible for developing and implementing a network of non-acute services necessary for Genesis to achieve goals in its Population Health strategic focus area. That includes forming partnerships with existing senior services in the community. Simply put, I led efforts to ensure that Genesis meets the needs of a burgeoning senior population by coordinating and delivering the most appropriate and efficient level of health care.

Responsible for research, promotion, operational analysis and acquisition process for new management and consultative engagements with Health Dimensions Group.
