Laboratory Intern for the Department of Epidemiology, School of Medicine at University of California, Irvine
Assisted Dr. Norbert Staimer in his study on "Differential Redox & Electrophilic Toxicities Of Modified Tobacco Products." Responsibilities included: Preparing solutions essential to the operation of the experiment, collecting data, labeling and carefully disposing of hazardous waste, and delivering a presentation regarding my experience and what I learned to many members of the Epidemiology Department at the end of the internship.
