Gilbert Bradham Jr.

Majored in Intelligence & Security Studies
The Citadel, Class of 2023
From Charleston, South Carolina
I was a returning adult student who completed a degree I pursued in the 1980s as of May 9, 2020. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Pre-Law and Legal Subfield Degree at one of the highest-rated colleges in the Southeast, The Citadel, which we are lucky to have in our backyard here in Charleston, SC. Subsequently, I completed my MA in Intelligence & Securities Studies Masters Degree in May of 2023. Currently I am pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership Degree also at The Citadel Graduate College. Many people may not realize that there are wonderful opportunities for parties who are not Cadets to also receive an education in the manner the Citadel can only provide. Classes are held in the evenings and online to accommodate non-traditional students and to provide boundaries between the Corp of Cadets and Graduate Program Students. I graduated with Summa Cum Laude Institutional Honors in 2020, and I look forward to blending the concepts learned into the value I can deliver as a Managing Partner & Broker-In-Charge at Kingship Collective located in Majestic Square on King Street. While pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Degree with a Pre-Law and Legal Studies Subfield, I received one of four Humanities Scholarships awarded to study abroad in the Summer of 2018. I went to Estonia and Helsinki, Finland, and received six credit hours to apply for my degree upon my return. As of the Summer of 2021, I continued my Collegiate Studies at the Citadel Graduate College with a Master of Intelligence and Security Studies Degree. As of 2023, I completed courses that allow one to understand, analyze, and provide value regarding threats and changes within our global environment. Presently, I am in the process of completing a Master of Science in Leadership Degree and have just returned from France, where I studied abroad regarding the topic of Battlefield Leadership in such locations as Normandy with visits to such beaches as Omaha & Utah D-Day Landing Zones. The ability to attend classes at such a fine University as the Citadel is something Charlestonians and students from all over the World can do. This particular curriculum is based online so that anybody anywhere can take advantage of it. Continuing your education and never stopping is always beneficial, so look into this. As an active working adult, I am the Managing Partner & Broker-In-Charge of Kingship Collective in Majestic Square on King Street in Charleston. My specialties are Real Estate Consulting in-market, Land Acquisition, Sales, Buyer and Seller Representation, Industrial and Commercial Development, Site Identification, Investment Properties, 1031 Exchange Reinvestment, Residential Development, Court Actions such as Partition Sales, REOs and Foreclosure Work, Port Related Infrastructure such as Warehousing, etc. Kingship Collective specializes in brokerage, leasing, development, economic development facilitation, due diligence real estate consulting, and management. I also hold several volunteer positions.

I studied abroad in a Citadel sponsored program at the "University of Tartu, Johann Skytte Institute of Political Studies" in Estonia. I also traveled to Helsinki, Finland and throughout Estonia including to the Russian Border where I viewed the other side from a Castle. All of this was possible in large part to being one of four recipients of a Citadel Humanities Scholarship for Study Abroad during the Summer of 2018. As a result of this, I also received six credit hours towards my degree upon my return. Please see the attachment below for a description of the program. Unless one travels abroad one truly misses out on the greater scope of learning as there is no substitute for immersion in a particular country's culture.

The focus and capacity of our team can be leveraged Statewide, Nationally, and Internationally. We work as a Team cooperatively with all parties and brokerages anywhere for the benefit of clients and all parties in the equation regarding getting deals done and closed. We go far beyond real estate brokerage via real estate consulting and going in-market into the weeds with community stakeholders. As a client, you want expanded capacity, and our difference is we excel in leveraging that we are not just local but that we encompass value beyond through cooperation and reach to include providing other brokerages fiduciary duty capacity for their clients by collaboration and leveraging the tools we have access to that they may lack. It provides a fiduciary duty to their clients that is not otherwise available with their resources at hand, thus providing cooperative jet fuel. We also facilitate FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) from abroad and can allocate the same throughout the United States through relationships held. This is a world of whom you know and trust exchanged with a handshake, and the skill sets brought to the table are paired with the exceptional tools that we provide clients and other brokerages that cooperatively work with us from day one. It is a paradigm shift benefitting all parties in an equation, and it requires thinking outside of the box and having the motivation to stick to things until they work despite challenges. On top of this, we have great new offices at Majestic Square at 211 King Street, Suite 102, Charleston, SC 29401.
