I was responsible for managing 5-7 completed 4th and 5th grade campers for two week overnight camp. I taught the camper fundamental skills of archery and roller blading while connecting Biblical truths to their activities. Leading Bible studies, coordinating discussions, and maintain engage and safety while at camp were additional skills used.
As a cabin leader, I facilitated camper activities such as leading small groups, coordinating campers at the low ropes course, as well as monitoring and supporting emotional needs to campers.
