Grace relies upon over a decade of expertise as she leads and develops her Program Management team. Grace believes every client should have an exceptional experience, which she approaches with her core principles of integrity, flexibility, and reliability. Her core principles are present as she and her team provide event planning and in-person/online services, ensuring the successful delivery of in-person and online executive education programs. Grace also successfully oversees a budget of $11M for individual programs and across her team.
Grace first joined Cornell University in 2013. She has served in various roles across several departments, earning Grace a reputation as the Go-To-Person due to her abilities as a collaborative, cross-functional leader, mentor, and advocate. As a military spouse, Grace and her family have moved frequently, giving Grace strengths in adaption, managing complexity, and an appreciation for the value of relationships. Her background and experience have taught her that strict standards of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness are essential in building sincere and significant connections with clients, colleagues, and new acquaintances. Grace thrives when bringing a strategic vision to life for clients, working to manage challenges creatively, bringing people together, and ultimately creating excellent value for clients, team members, and Cornell University programs.
As a lifelong learner, Grace has completed numerous certificates from Cornell University in Foundational Leadership, Women in Leadership, Systems Thinking, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Manager and Technology. In her community, Grace is the Assistant Coach for the Cornell Gymnastics Team. She is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member and is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified, dedicated to enhancing the physical skills of gymnasts as well as their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Grace is a USAG, AAU, and NCAA gymnastics professional. She is a choreographer on beam and floor and coaches floor and beam skills within the designated guidelines of NCAA Gymnastics. Grace has served as a clinician at state and regional camps. Her coaching led to the team winning the Ivy League Champions 2015, USAG Champions, and ECAC Champions 2016.
With their two children and three dogs, Grace and her husband, Scott, reside in Trumansburg, New York.
