I currently coordinate the arbitration program for the National Railroad Adjustment Board (NRAB) of the National Mediation Board (NMB). As an Arbitration Program Specialist, I am a discerning program supporter and analyzer, dedicated to ensuring the agencys standards are maintained and its mission is achieved. I maintain the docket of the largest division and guide claims from initiation to final disposition.
