Hai Pham

Hai started with SunTrust Bank in 2005 as a Part-Time Financial Services Representative(FSR) at the Chamblee-Peachtree Branch. In the FSR role, Hai contributed to the branch success by being the top performer in the Region and achieved the 2006 Rising Star Award by exceeding all of his sales goals. In addition, Hai took the initiative to lead the Main Office branch to reach 6 for 6 sales goals and won the 2007 SunTrust Showcase Gold Branch. In 2007, Hai was promoted to be Assistant Branch Manager at the Roswell Branch of 75mm+ in deposit and loan outstandings. Hai led the team to achieve the 2007 Private Wealth & Investment Partnership Award, 2008 EdgeLeader, 2008 STI Showcase Distinction Branch, 2008 ST Cup Winner, 2008 Operational Excellence Branch, and became a Bank Officer. In 2012, Hai was promoted to become a Branch Manager at the Piedmont Commons Branch that holds 35mm+ in deposit and loans outsandings. As a Leader, Hai believes in developmental coaching and has a passion for his teammates success. Hai has a unique development coaching framework in which he would be able to identify performing gaps quickly and get to the root cause to create a specific action plan to change behaviors. Hai relentlessly focuses on instilling the passion to win, courage, and excellence in execution amongst his teammates to ensure his consistent performance. Hai inspires and motivates his team by leading from the front.
