I help the Deputy Chief do the Accreditation files for Calea, issue parking decals, and help the Deputy Chief work on accident reports and incident reports.

I provided excellent customer service by focusing on individual customer needs. I effectively followed pharmacy workflow procedures by performing all duties at each work station, which means counting pills and filling prescriptions at production. I also entered prescriptions into the computer that were dropped off at the drop-off side of the pharmacy. I would also resolve third party adjudication rejections in a timely manner.

I set up examination room and dental trays for patient examination procedures. I alerted staff when patients would arrive and prepared records for orthodontist review. I disinfected instruments and worked areas in accordance with sterilization and protocol. I maintained proper universal precautions and infection control procedures at all times. I took impressions for retainers and appliances. I completely exposed, developed, and mounted dental x-rays (digital panoramic and cephlo). I also quickly and thoroughly set up trays for the assistant.
