Hannah Neumann

As an Entrepreneurship student at UW Whitewater, I have the desire to launch a startup upon graduation and continue to pursue my dream of opening a horse training business; one that will provide the best possible equine care, and focuses on discovering each horse's optimal path to success. In 2013 I began working for McQuay Stables as an assistant horse trainer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This job gave hands on experience at a professional level. Riding some of the best horses in the industry, monthly traveling to competitions across the United States, and internationally traveling with the Unites States Equestrian Team to multiple world championship competitions in Europe were experiences that have created growth and opportunities. Making the decision to earn my college degree in 2015, I moved back home to the Milwaukee area. I obtained my Associates Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin Waukesha, and will be graduating in the Spring of 2019 from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater school of Business, with a Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship. On weekends and semester breaks I travel down south to continue riding under equine professionals and make income to help fund my college education. During the summers I have been given the opportunity to fly the horses competing for the United States over to Givrins, Switzerland for the 2016 and 2017 Reining World Championships. Apart from my education and dedication to the horse industry, my four sisters and I run a yard care business that weekly services around 20 customers. I am at a constant lookout for new opportunities to continue to develop my skills and abilities.
