I am working with Ph.D candidate, Emily Zimmerman, to assist her with the writing process of a professional standard literature review about the ecosystem services of the U.S. Virgin Islands. I have been developing strong reading, analyzing, and organizational skills to write a clear literary review of research articles to provide information about the U.S. Virgin Islands.

I am enrolled in a leadership academy sponsored by Cargill where I am challenged to critically examine leadershipat the intrapersonal, interpersonal, team and organization levels. I work on defining problems or opportunities, implementing planning processes, and work towards a goal of developing strong leader skills. In this leadership seminar I learn about justified actions taken as a leader, and reflect on the experience and personal learning, through practice with on-campus activities.
