The primary function of the food services aide involved delivering great customer service to all patients, customers and staff accurately and expeditiously in all areas of food and nutrition services. This position was expected to have the ability to communicate effectively with resident's, family members, and team members with a strong attention to detail. This position called for the strong ability to follow instructions for meal orders, nutritional needs, and recipes to ensure patients and all customers receive appropriate food.
