Dr. Herbert Fiester joined the Valdosta State University faculty in 2012. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science, both in instructional systems technology from Indiana University, a Master of Education in curriculum and instruction from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor of Science in English from the University of Southern Indiana, and a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the Indiana State University. He holds membership in the International Society for Performance Improvement, American Society for Training and Development, and Association for Educational Communications and Technology.
