I am the supervisor for the contact center for Citi's HR Shared Services. I oversee the day to day functioning of the contact center as well as acting as the backup to the manager. I analyze call trends and manage the staffing for the department. I work on projects as new items come into the department and maintain an extensive background knowledge of both the payroll and HR sides of our company.
