Responds to inquiries received by the college's contact center and resolves student issues through one-call resolution. Communications may occur through a variety of means - telephone, email, e-chat, and fax.

Additionally, the position will document all student inquiries in a database through the use of CRM, Banner, and eSAMS systems.
