I would accommodate them at a table and introduce them to the restaurant, its concept, and its menu. if we found the restaurant full, I would tell customers and give them alternatives. relating to the restaurant itself, I have control over the floor. I would designate the waiters to each table, making sure each waiter had an equal amount of tables to serve. if ever a waiter needed some form of aid I would help them. it could be setting up a table or taking dirty plates to the washer. if necessary I would take to-go orders.
